Yeah this is really cool cause i've gotten a few co workers into the show, because i've talked about a review or two. and this now helps me find the eppy that they are interested in an send it to them.

As the guys were talking about tower defense games (Fieldrunners is great!), I'll add 2 great ones to that list: 7 cities and The Creeps. I think you all should try them.

They're not "open field" like Fieldrunners. Both have a pre-defined path for the enemies, and you build your towers around it. But they are very different from each other.

7 Cities has 7 towers and some unlockable skills for them. They can also gain experience and level-up. There is a tower that can influence the other towers around it, making them stronger or faster... It's very different from Fieldrunners.

The Creeps: The enemies will also follow a path, but there are some obstacles around the path. You can build towers on the empty spaces, and later, you can use towers to destroy the obstacles and free up a better spot. Oh, and there's the accelerometer suport for some towers too... I've been playing it a lot!

Edge: Pretty unique! Great graphics and sound! Can't describe it well. You should better watch the gameplay on youtube.

Frenzic: Awesome fast-paced puzzle! I'm always trying to beat my high score! Didn't mastered it yet...

Space Ninja: Yeah, Ninja! I guess that's +1, right Alex ? An accelerometer-based game that Dan should try. It is a space shooter, but insted of shooting, you have to dodge the enemies bullets. There are some power-ups, and when you touch the screen, you activate a slow-motion mode (or "how the hell did i did that-mode").

Lux DLX: The best risk for the iPhone! There's a free version too.

1112: A "point-and-click" adventure game with "Johnny Depp" and beautiful presentation.

Tiki-Towers: World of Goo + monkeys!

Galcon: Multi-player action-strategy game! There's a free version too.

Blackbeard's assault: Best Zuma-like game (with a twist) in the App Store.

I don't understand why people won't pay for apps. And I mean, good quality, well polished apps! Most of them cost between .99 and 4.99. You can watch some gameplay videos, read the user comments, and then skip a McMeal. Even if the game is short, it'll last more than a sandwich!

I couldn't get by the very clunky acting from all of the younger actors in the film, and I found many of the scenes poorly written and heavy-handed. The barbershop scene stands out as a perfect example. Hammy, unrealistic, cringe-worthy. The story itself was interesting, and I felt a better script and better casting may have made for a good movie. But as is, I didn't like it.

yeah, i get the acting from the Hmong people seeming "bad". but like when i was watching the wrestler, it just made it feel immersive and real to me. The barbershop scene the second time did feel like a bad sitcom, but i guess i was already in love with wally and toad too much to notice the first time. I guess it didn't bother me that you guys didn't like it, but that you didn't review it on the show or give more depth into your reviews, I guess i get spoiled by your in depth reviews on the show, so when i see short one sentence reviews i feel cheated :P

So they start with firing most of the important personalities. Good move.

So, I admit. I just a little addicted to Fable 2. I've finished that main story line twice. Once on a good path, once on a bad path. The bad second time through I designed a female character.
