Systm is back!

I have to say. I was highly disappointed when Dave Randolph left the show - so much so that I unsubscribed from the show assuming that it would eventually fade into obscurity.

After the round of layoffs a couple of weeks ago, I was just about ready to finish removing the last remaining Rev3 show in my playlist (Diggnation) when I decided to give Systm one more look.

I love the direction you guys are taking the show. Some of the more recent episodes (list below) have been really amazing shows with some good content. The episode on Gravity boots almost reminds me of Discovery's new show "Prototype This!" which is an amazing show, in my opinion.

i think y'all should definitely make two episodes based off of the ideas from tekzilla episode 58, which is making a podcast/video room, and making a photography studio.

i do a decent amount of amateur photography, but most of it is landscapes and outdoor macros. it would be nice to see a way to make a cheap indoor studio to maybe practice some techniques and get into the occasional portrait sessions with friends/family.

i sort of fig out how to blog, didn't tell many people but i would like to know how to pod or vid cast my creativity and thoughts, so were does one start, some good applications needed to do so, free of course, who and how does one get the service to put a pod or vid cast on the internet, if at all free would be nice too... this is why i would like to have my two computers talk to one another if i boot win or ubuntu on either they still could be remotely controled, shot even if you could get me help on shareing files from ubuntu or xp when they are up on my network, that would be great too!!!

Yes it can be done, but the xbox only has only 64 Mb of ram, freenas likes to have at leat 96 Mb. I am sure you can get many of the same functionalities if you install some sort of light weight Linux distribution on it and run only the services that you want.
