PixelPerfect on Tivo

Tivo has not receive a new episode of PixelPerfect since Sept 27, 2009. I called Tivo tech support and they stated that Revision3 is not distributing the show to them any longer.

What gives? That is my favorite show - never miss an episode.

I see in the forums that there are complaints about other shows like Tekzilla not being sent to Tivo any longer too. Has this service ended? If so this is a sad day.......

Thanks for the heads up - I've followed up with TIVO directly to see if we can find out where the issue is. It's our intention and desire to have all Revision3 shows on TIVO, so stay tuned and thanks for your patience

I spoke with someone at TIVO today and they confirmed that all Revision3 shows should be available on TIVO - the person you spoke to at TIVO unfortunately was misinformed.

That said, as to why you haven't gotten PixelPerfect since September, we're looking into.

Can you provide some more info - what series TIVO box are you using?
